Please coordinate with a friend to drop your gifts on drop day. If you are unable to coordinate with a friend, please email scfund307@gmail.com to coordinate a different plan.
Please notify Santa Claus Fund as soon as possible via email scfund307@gmail.com and notify the elves at dropoff as well.
If the family requests gifts to be wrapped (which will be mentioned in the notes when you adopt a family), please do so. Please attach gift tags to each gift and include the child’s name and family number (ex. Robin, #128). All gifts should be in a box or bag with the family number clearly marked on all sides.
If you cannot find the exact gift requested, please try to find the closest equivalent.
Parents have been given a budget per child and asked to rank the gift requests in order of preference. The goal is to get as close to the budget as possible, use your discretion to buy appropriate gifts.
