Dear Santa Shoppers,
Thank you for joining Santa Claus Fund this season to bring joy to so many local children on Christmas morning.
Christmas 2024 is around the corner and Santa Fund needs your holiday cheer. As always, we encourage volunteer shoppers to help fulfill the Christmas wishes of hundreds of local children. Many local merchants provide discounts and allow registered shoppers to charge purchases directly to Santa Fund’s tab, and any out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed. We made a few changes to our procedures this year so please ensure you read the following information carefully.
Interested in volunteering for the first time? We always encourage locals to join our efforts each year. Please read the following information and email your interest to Santa Fund prior to this year’s deadline. We also recommend that first-time shoppers attend the annual shopper meeting to learn more.
Volunteer Shopper Duties
| 1. RSVP to be a shopper prior to this year’s deadline of October 25 |
| 2. Attend the annual shopper meeting on November 7 if possible |
| 3. Select a family on Roonga.com prior to November 15 |
| 4. Shop for specific gift requests from children within their allotted budget |
| 5. Visit our FAQs page to ensure your questions or concerns are addressed. |
| 6. Gift wrap and drop off all gifts to Santa Claus Fund on December 11 |
| 7. Submit all receipts and reimbursement forms by December 28 |
2024 New Policies
- Each child may request up to three (3) total gifts. They may also choose to spend their entire budget on only one or two items.
- In order to focus more on the needs of the children this year, only one of the child’s three gifts can be a toy or game. Educational games/toys are the exceptions to this second policy.
- If there are leftover funds in a child’s budget, shoppers are encouraged to use the remaining funds on smaller gifts such as puzzles or books.

Ages 0‐2yrs: $115; 3‐ 6yrs: $155; 7‐10yrs: $175; 11‐14yrs: $210; 15‐18yrs: $235
